Amit Eyal Govrin

CEO, Co-Founder

Amit was overseeing strategic partnerships at AWS, where he gained deep insight into enterprise infrastructure challenges. His experience managing large-scale cloud partnerships revealed a critical gap: self-service developer platforms are only as effective as their end user experience. He witnessed firsthand how organizations struggled with operational bottlenecks, manual processes, and coordination overhead that existed long before AI entered the picture. This experience shaped his understanding of what enterprises truly need to scale their operations effectively.

Shaked Askayo

CTO, Co-Founder

Shaked was leading SRE operations for enterprise fintech systems, where he lived the daily reality of operational overhead. His hands-on experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems revealed how much engineering time was lost to repetitive tasks and manual coordination. This operational experience taught him that automation without orchestration fails at scale, leading him to architect Kubiya as a solution to the infrastructure challenges he faced repeatedly.
